Growth Trails has been designed to lead this technological revolution, utilising innovative, accessible and high-quality resources to support, challenge and develop all users, simultaneously guiding them in the adoption of technology and facilitating development of individuals, education establishments and businesses, also creating communities of learners in safe spaces.

Currently the needs of all are not met: Learners, Businesses and wider society. Those in education are limited by existing systems and those for who education has not worked e.g. high levels of illiteracy will not repeat experiences with systems that have failed them, so will never be able to meet the needs of the employment markets and associated skills gaps.
